Description
Here are the skills we are looking for:
- Necessary experience: A college diploma in a relevant field or several years' experience in food preparation or service are required.
- Professional experience: At least two years of relevant experience
- Spoken and written language: English
Tasks:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules,
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures,
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, estimate and order ingredients and supplies,
- Ensure food service and quality control and address customers complaints or concerns,
- Prepare and submit reports,
- Supervise and check assembly of trays,
- Establish work schedules.
