On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
• Measure, cut, fit, and install glass, mirrors, windows, doors, shower enclosures, and other glass products.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
• Install aluminum frames, storefront systems, curtain walls, and related architectural glass products.
• Remove and replace damaged or broken glass in residential and commercial buildings.
• Apply glazing compounds, gaskets, and weatherproofing materials to ensure secure installations.
• Handle, transport, and position glass safely using appropriate tools and lifting equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, drill, grind, and finish glass as required.
• Inspect completed installations for quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist in training new employees and apprentices when required.
