Responsibilities
Tasks
• Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant.
• Batch and mix concrete according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on concrete mixes.
• Monitor raw material levels and report shortages.
• Maintain production records and batch reports.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on batching equipment.
• Keep the plant clean and organized.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with dispatch and delivery drivers.
• Assist with other plant operations as required.
