Wild Wing Kingston is part of the Wild Wing franchise, a well-known Canadian casual dining chain famous for its wide variety of wing flavours, pub-style food, and lively sports-bar atmosphere. Our Kingston location is a busy, fast-paced kitchen serving a loyal local customer base. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver consistent, high-quality food in a high-volume environment.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 18.00 CAD per hour
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Job Description

Some of the job duties are listed below, which are not limited to:

Determine the size of food portions and costs
Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
