As we continue to grow, we are establishing our first dedicated Industrial Maintenance Department and are looking for an experienced Industrial Millwright to become the founding member of our maintenance team.
Job Description
What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of our CNC machining equipment and supporting manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on CNC machine tools.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant, and lubrication systems.
• Replace bearings, belts, couplings, ball screws, and other mechanical components.
• Perform precision machine alignments and leveling.
• Install, relocate, and commission CNC machinery and production equipment.
• Maintain compressed air systems and supporting plant equipment.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Assist with root cause failure investigations and recommend equipment improvements.
• Coordinate with production to schedule planned maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Equipment You'll Work On:
Our facility includes a variety of CNC manufacturing equipment, including CNC Turning Centres, CNC Vertical Machining Centres, Multi-Axis CNC Machines, Live Tool Lathes, Twin Spindle Lathes, Bar Feed Systems, Chip Conveyors, Air Compressors, Overhead Cranes, and Material Handling Equipment. Experience with brands such as Mazak, Haas, Doosan, Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi is highly valued.
