Nail & Spa Salon Supervisor

Due to business expansion and growth, we are looking for a (01) full-time, permanent (35 hr) Nail & Spa Salon Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities, working turns for manicurist/pedicurist in the salon
• Monitor quality of production from manicurist/pedicurist in the salon
• Establish work schedule and procedures for the salon
• Resolve customers’ feedbacks and work-related issues
• Train new staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
• Order materials and supplies.
• Oversee cleaning and hygiene of the salon
• May support co-workers during busy time if needed.

And:

• Strong interpersonal & relationship skills
• High school diploma
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a customer services set-up is required.
• Completion of nail related courses is an asset
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule


Remuneration:

• $31.5 per/hr for 35 hours per week
