Big Bucket Car Wash

Position: Car wash Manager

Wage: $ 35.00 to 40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:
1. Plan, organize, direct, and oversee the daily operations of the car wash facility.
2. Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate car wash attendants and other staff.
3. Ensure high-quality customer service and promptly resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Monitor workflow to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
5. Maintain inventory of cleaning products, equipment, and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
6. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and arrange repairs when necessary.
7. Enforce workplace health and safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
8. Monitor cash handling, daily sales, and prepare operational reports.
9. Assist in hiring, training, and performance management of employees.
10. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
11. Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well maintained.
12. Promote company services and support marketing or promotional activities to increase business.

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 year to less than 3 years of work experience
