Valuce Hospitality’s Ltd. (dba Franklin Food Lab), is looking to hire a Cook to join their team.
Permanent, Full-time, $21.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus based on Sales
Performance. Extended Health benefits are optional.
Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled between 9AM to 2AM as
required.
Duties:
- Cooking everything on the menu;
- Preparing ingredients;
- Maintaining a clean kitchen;
- Maintaining sufficient inventory and record of ingredients;
- Work with head cook to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks
OR
completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety
OR
Minimum 2+ years of commercial cooking experience may be required.
- English language ability is required;
- Japanese language ability is an asset.
