This is a permanent Full-time job posting for a Food Service supervisor in Penticton, BC. The English language is a requirement. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required with at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food sector. Experience in Mexican cuisine an asset.
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Job Description

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
Establish work schedules
Supervise food service operations
Supervision of 3-4 people and Food service counter attendants and food preparers
