Job Description

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations in a social and experience-driven environment
Lead front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver consistent service and guestsatisfaction
Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere where guests feel engaged and comfortable
Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
Monitor financial performance including sales, labour, and costs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
Support promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives
