Wage: $38.00 /hour for 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Determine appropriate food portion sizes.
• Design menus and forecast the ingredients and supplies needed for preparation.
• Prepare and cook full meals, specialty dishes, and individual food items.
• Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a grill, oven etc.
• Modify and prepare meals to accommodate customers with allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Monitor and inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff and assistants.
• Track and maintain inventory records for food products, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and workspaces are cleaned and maintained properly.
• Coordinate and oversee daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Perform other duties as requested by the management
