Cook meats to precise temperatures and specifications, ensuring consistency and quality
Plate dishes with attention to presentation, especially for premium proteins and signature items
Manage multiple tickets during busy service while maintaining accuracy and timing
Prepare ingredients including trimming meats, portioning, and seasoning
Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures
Keep grill and kitchen stations clean, organized, and service-ready
