Requirements:
• Must be lawfully authorized to work in Canada
- Canadian citizen
- Permanent resident of Canada
- Temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
• Knowledge of Indian herbs and spices along with cooking techniques
• Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
Tasks
• Create and prepare authentic Indian dishes
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Monitor food supplies and equipment along with reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Manage kitchen operations
