Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage café staff, fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Quality Control: Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage ordering processes to meet production demands effectively.
Job Description
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software (OpenTable, Mod, Elektra V4, Sihot, Opera).
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• A strong focus on strategic planning, adaptability, and results-driven performance.
