Job Details

Provide personal care and support to clients at home. Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assist with walking, moving, and other daily activities. Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks. Help with feeding and taking medications as directed. Perform light housekeeping, such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens. Assist with shopping, errands, and appointments when required. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor the client’s health and daily condition and report any concerns. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Follow the care plan and instructions provided by the client, family, or healthcare professional. Keep basic records of care and daily activities when required.
