Job Description
Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts
Ensure compliance with company standards related to quality, customer service, cleanliness, and food safety
Monitor labour costs, cash handling procedures, and waste management targets during operations
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management regarding ordering and supply needs
Address customer concerns and assist in resolving operational issues during shifts
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and company operational procedures
Assist in achieving operational and financial performance targets
