Job Description
Prepare and cook complete meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Prepare meals according to a set menu and monitor portion sizes
Follow directions from the Chef and Manager
Maintain the production line and cook to order
Clean kitchen areas, including dishes, pots, pans, and food service areas
Operate specialized cooking equipment (e.g., deep fryer)
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff
