- Organize and direct the operations of the restaurant.

- Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for the guests and the team and implement operational procedures as needed.
- Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members: set schedules, monitor performance, etc.;
- Participating in local events that positively impact your community.
- Uphold the renowned cleanliness methodology.
- Build sales and profits, which in turn build the worker’s value, professionally and financially.
