EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Permanent employment

JOB START DATE: As soon as possible

HOURS OF WORK: Full time (Morning, Evening, Weekends, Overtime available)

SALARY: 36.50 hourly / 30 hours per week

JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Bicycle Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, servicing, and maintaining bicycles and related sporting goods equipment to ensure safe and proper operation. The role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently using hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks
- Inspect bicycles and sporting goods equipment to determine the requirements for repair
- Repair or replace defective or worn-out bicycle parts and sporting goods components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
- Test and adjust repaired bicycles and sporting goods equipment for proper functioning and safety
- Calibrate and tune bicycles and sporting goods equipment using hand tools
- Perform routine maintenance services such as tire inflation, brake adjustments, chain lubrication, and gear tuning
- Maintain a clean and organized repair workspace and ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition
