Restaurant Supervisor
1318241 B.C. LTD. dba Reggiano’s Port Coquitlam is looking for a hard working, experienced full-time, permanent (40 hr) Restaurant Supervisor.

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to our Port Coquitlam location!

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule staff on front of house and kitchen operations
• Taking full responsibility of assigned shift, manage the pizza restaurant aligned with it’s quality standards
• Assist preparing weekly/monthly promotions and Reggiano’s special events.
• Establish weekly shift schedules, assign team members stations for their shifts.
• Budgeting and calculating inventory and general costs.
• Order food ingredients, other restaurant supplies from designated vendors.
• Train new team members, mentor newly hired staff members
• Ensure that food and service meet restaurants hygiene and work safe standards

Job Description

And:
• 1+ years of experience in food service industry
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
• Completion of secondary school is required.
Remuneration:

• $25.00 per/hr
• 40 hrs/week
• Position requires shift work (morning, afternoon, late night
closing, and/or weekends)
