Job Requirements
Languages: English, with strong oral and written communication skills
Education: Completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR a secondary school graduation certificate with equivalent work experience is required.
Experience: Work experience as a Manager, Food and Beverage Service for 3 years or more required
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability: Team player, leadership, organized, efficient interpersonal skills, client focus, ability to multitask, Excellent written and oral communication skills
Supervision: 5-10 people
Work Setting: Urban area, Shopping centre or mall

Specific Skills/Job Duties: Implement company-established business objectives, performance targets, and operational plans to maximize sales and profitability; Monitor and control key cost drivers, including food and labour costs, and implement corrective strategies as required; Implement and oversee marketing promotions in accordance with company guidelines; Determine staffing requirements and develop and approve staff schedules to ensure operational efficiency; Implement and oversee staff training and development programs and performance management; Direct and oversee daily store operations, ensuring accountability across all levels of staff; Handle operational issues and emergencies to ensure business continuity; Enforce company operating standards and implement corrective actions to address non-compliance; Maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards and ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations; Manage inventory control, including forecasting, ordering, and cost management; Oversee the resolution of customer complaints, inquiries, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution and implement operational improvements; Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the Regional Manager; Participate in management meetings and provide input on store performance and operational improvements; Oversee store maintenance and repair activities to ensure operational continuity.
