Duties: 
Supervise and coordinate the schedule of staff who prepare and serve food;  
Ensure staff training on tasks, hygiene, and safety standards;  
Ensure food and service quality in accordance with established standards;  
Maintain records of sales/losses and order necessary ingredients/supplies;  
Ensure good customer service and manage employee discipline and motivation;  
Perform any other related duties.  
Employment Conditions: 
Permanent position – full-time (30 to 40 hours) 
Schedule: Day/Evening/Night/Weekend 
Vacation: 10 days per year
