Job title : Cook

Wage: $17.50 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week

Duties :
1. Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi, including rolls, sashimi, and nigiri, according to recipes and presentation standards.
2. Select, handle, and store fresh fish and seafood in compliance with food safety regulations.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies as needed.
5. Ensure all food preparation meets quality, portion, and presentation standards.
6. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
7. Assist in menu planning and development of new sushi items when required.
8. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:
Secondary(high)school graduation certificate
1 year to less than 2 years of work experience
