Job duties:
1.Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
2.Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
3.Inspect kitchens and food service areas
4.Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
5.Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
6.Clean kitchen and work areas
Job Requirement:
1.Completion of secondary school
2.Minimum 7 months of commercial cooking experience
