Job title : Leisure (Golf) program leader

Wage: $20 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week

Duties :
1. Plan, develop, and oversee the overall structure of indoor golf programs and simulator-based activities for participants of all skill levels
2. Coordinate scheduling, room assignments, and resource allocation for golf programs, leagues, and group events
3. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback and simulator performance data, and implement improvements accordingly
4. Manage and organize golf league operations, including registration, scheduling, score tracking, and event coordination
5. Ensure all simulator bays, golf equipment, and training materials are properly prepared and maintained before and after each program session
6. Liaise with customers to assess their goals and match them with appropriate programs or sessions offered at the facility
7. Develop program offerings and activity plans in collaboration with management to attract and retain participants
8. Track participant enrollment, attendance, and progress, and maintain accurate program records for reporting purposes
9. Assist customers with special requirements by coordinating appropriate accommodations within existing program offerings
10. Communicate program updates, schedules, and event information to participants and management on a regular basis

Qualifications:
• Completion of a college program between 3 months and 1 year in recreation, sports, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of experience in golf-related positions
• Demonstrated ability in golf instruction and program leadership is required.
• First aid/CPR is an asset
