Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Responsibilities:
• Study and interpret welding blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and work processes to plan and prepare welding layouts.
• Cut, shape, smooth, straighten, and bend metal using grinders, plasma cutters, shears, brakes, and other metalworking equipment.
• Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding equipment and torches to join and fuse metal components.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to cut metal according to required dimensions and specifications.
• Determine the weldability of different metals and select appropriate welding, brazing, or soldering methods and materials.
• Perform fitting, brazing, soldering, and torch-straightening operations to join metal parts and repair holes, indentations, seams, and worn components.
• Examine completed welds for cracks, defects, and other imperfections and make necessary repairs to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain welding, brazing, soldering, cutting, and related equipment and perform minor repairs as required.

Equipment and machinery experience: Arc welding machine, Gas welding machine
