Job Details
This position requires English proficiency and a secondary school diploma. Candidates must have 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience. Work must be completed on-site, with no remote option available, in a hotel, motel, or resort. A criminal record check is required.
The role involves working under pressure in a physically demanding environment, including repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and reliable, with excellent communication skills, good judgment, flexibility, and initiative.

Job Description
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Perform minor repairs on appliances
Perform safety and security checks
Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
