Job Details
This position requires English proficiency and a secondary school diploma or equivalent experience. Candidates must have 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience. Work must be completed on-site, with no remote option available, in settings such as hotels, motels, resorts, or retirement homes.
The role involves a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, including repetitive tasks, extended periods of standing, and working under pressure with strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills, strong judgment, flexibility, initiative, and effective time management. A client-focused attitude is essential. Basic security clearance is required.

Job Description
Co-ordinate special events
Determine the size of food portions and costs
Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Organize buffets and banquets
