Food Service Supervisors may perform some or all of the following duties:
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism i.e., personal conduct, uniform standards, work ethic
- Requires and performs work to the highest A&W standards
- Fully trained and has the ability to do team leader’s job both kitchen and counter positions.
- Fills out and communicates daily shift check in to all shifts
- Oversees the entire store when Restaurant Manager is not present and they are designated in charge.
- Constantly monitoring guest experience, service times, and food quality and store cleanliness (including lot).
- Responsible for training and directing team leaders.
- Responsible to follow up on team leaders and check they are performing their duties.
- Daily cash management
- Trained in food safety and ensuring Food Safety is a priority.
- Monitors and controls prep levels, food rotating, food tracking, food safety checklist, staffing levels.
- Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and administration.
Employment requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

Job Description
Located at 220 Kensington Blvd, Saskatoon, SK S7L 6R7. A&W is seeking to fill three (3) positions for Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020). Position will be full-time permanent position (37.5 to 40 hrs week) with a starting wage of $17.00 hr. Vacation paid at 5.77%. Free uniforms and meals while on duty.
