Mehar Boutique Inc Needs 1 Retail Store Supervisor
Language – English, Hindi Punjabi
Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience – 1 year to less than 2 years
Wages - C$ 37.00 hour
Work setting - Fashion house - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Conduct performance reviews
Supervise office and volunteer staff
Supervision - 5-10 people
