This is a permanent, full-time position; $37.00 per hour; 35-40 hours per week. Benefits include medical and dental, an annual bonus pay, ?and 2 weeks of ?vacation pay ?.

Job Description
Duties:
- Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
- Lay out, measure, and mark sheet metal for custom architectural panels and components
- Develop patterns and layouts using CAD software, including SolidWorks, for precision fabrication
- Cut sheet materials using hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment, including CNC router, laser, or plasma cutting systems
- Form, bend, and shape metal using brakes, rollers, and other fabrication equipment
- Fabricate and assemble architectural panels, cladding systems, and custom metal features
- Perform stud welding and other fastening methods for panel systems and assemblies
- Fit and join components using riveting, welding, and mechanical fastening methods
- Prepare surfaces for finishing using grinders, belt sanders, sanding tools, and deburring equipment
- Apply and assist with custom patina finishes and other architectural finishing processes
- Grind and finish seams, edges, and visible surfaces to meet high architectural standards
- Participate in on-site installation of fabricated components when required
- Handle and process materials including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, bronze, and copper
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and rigging equipment to move materials and completed assemblies
- Inspect finished products and installations to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications:
- Secondary school diploma
- 3 years of experience in metal fabrication, preferably in architectural or custom metalwork
- Knowledge working with steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, bronze, and copper
- Knowledge using CAD software, including SolidWorks
- Knowledge operating fabrication equipment and CNC machinery, including CNC router
- Knowledge with stud welding and surface preparation for finishing
- Knowledge with architectural finishes, including patina, is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings
- Knowledge with the installation of architectural metal components is an asset
- Knowledge operating forklifts and overhead cranes (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality visible finishes
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and handling materials
- English language ability is required
