Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Supervise: 3-4 People
Security & Safety: Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Flexibility, Organized, Team Player and Efficient Interpersonal Skills.

Job Description

Specific Skills:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign duties and create work schedules for sales workers
• Authorize payments by cheque and approve merchandise returns
• Engage in selling merchandise to customers
• Resolve issues, including customer complaints and supply shortages
• Manage specified inventory and place merchandise orders
• Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Hire, train, or coordinate training for new sales staff
