Hourly wage: $37.5
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week
Benefit: 2 weeks vacation; 4% vacation pay for each hour worked, calculated annually, Free parking

Job Description
Job duties:

• Supervise the truck drivers and other supporting staff by continuously motivating, coaching, counselling and supporting.
• Recommend personnel activities such as hiring and promotions.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Provide advice and recommend measures to improve work methods.
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities, ensure food products are delivered safely according to the plan and the schedule.
• Resolve emergencies, including accidents, incidents and service disruptions.
• Preparing accurate and detailed reports on drivers’ performance, accidents/incidents and service adjustments.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Qualifications and Requirement

• Completion of secondary school is required; a college diploma in business or transportation is preferred.
• Three years of experience in truck driving, delivery, subway or other transportation operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to effectively deal with constructively resolving.
• Demonstrated ability to work and make sound decisions under pressure using critical thinking that requires detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems and complex situations.
