Job Duties:
Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
Bake mixed dough and batters.
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Job Description

Job Requirements/Skills
- Completion of high school is required.
- Knowldege of English language is required.
- Must have tleast one year of work experience in a similar field.
- Must be prepared to work under pressure.
