Cook and present complete meals and individual dishes with attention to quality and detail according to Manu standards.
Track and record inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, and manage kitchen procurement.
Oversee kitchen operations and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
Supervise activities of kitchen helpers and junior staff during service hours.
Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Support menu planning by providing input on portion sizes, ingredient estimates, and food costs.
Assist in onboarding and training new kitchen staff as required.
