Job Location: 27130 Fraser Highway, Aldergrove, BC, V4W 3P6.

Salary: $20.50 per hour

Job type: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)

Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff at the store.
Prepare their work schedules/shifts and assign them job duties.
Inform sales personnel and customers about telecommunication contracts, promotional offers, best deals/discounts and cell phone plans.
Keep a check on inventory level of cell phones and accessories to avoid over stocking or under stocking.
Attend customers and perform sales to gain more business.
Maintain a record of payments received; cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
Resolve client complaints and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate flow of information
Perform same duties as workers supervised.

Job Description

Job requirements:

Completion of high school education is requireds.
Must have atleast one year of work experience in a similar field.
Knowledge of English language is required.
Must be confident and have a positive attitude.
