2387296 Ontario Ltd. (dba Ramen Isshin) is seeking two Restaurant Managers to join our team.

Full-time, permanent; $36.00 per hour; 30-44 hours per week. Bonus is available depending on sales performance.

Standard 6-8.8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9:00am and 11:00pm as required.

Shifts could be scheduled at the following locations:
1. 609 Queen St. West, Toronto, ON
2. 421 College Street, Toronto, ON

Job Description
Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant;
• Establish menu and services to be offered and implement operational procedures accordingly;
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets cash reports and related forms;
• Supervise employees and conduct performance reviews;
• Organize and maintain inventory;
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed;
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation;
• Address customer complaints or concerns;
• Provide customer service as needed;
• Ensure all meals leaving the kitchen are consistent in presentation and quality;
• Prepare ramen soup base and other items on the menu.

Qualifications:
• Secondary school completion is required;
• A college diploma or university degree in a hospitality industry program is an asset;
• Minimum 3-5 years of previous food service industry experience is required;
• Minimum 2-3 years of previous management experience is an asset;
• At least one year of previous commercial cooking experience is desirable;
• English language ability is required;
• Japanese language ability is an asset.
