Responsibilities
Tasks
• Hiring and training new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Creating daily or weekly work schedules to ensure adequate coverage across different shifts and sites.
• Conducting performance reviews and ensuring all team members adhere to company policies.
• Routinely inspecting facilities to guarantee established cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Ensuring all cleaning machinery and equipment are correctly maintained, repaired, and securely stored.
• Planning and coordinating large-scale or planned deep cleaning schedules.
• Preparing budgets, estimating costs for jobs, and maintaining financial records.
