Job Description

Specific Skills:
* Hire and train staff members
* Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to
* Analyze the budget to increase and sustain the restaurant's profit
* Monitor daily business activities
* Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing to align with the budget
* Monitor sales to assess labour expenses
* Evaluate staff performance
* Order ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff
* Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
* Maintain a positive customer experience
* Managing an event
* Negotiate with clients regarding customer services and facility use
* Negotiate with suppliers for food arrangement

Supervision: 5-10 people
Credentials: Food Safety Certificate
Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
