Job Description
Located at : 2101 100 St, North Battleford, SK S9A 2J6, Canada, McDonald’s is seeking to fill two (2) positions for a Food Service Supervisors. Position will be full time permanent position (37.5 to 40 hrs week) with a starting wage of $15.75 hr. Vacation paid at 5.77%.

English essential.
Food Service Supervisors may perform some or all of the following duties:
• Supervisor, coordinate and schedule the activities of Food Counter Attendant
• Monitor Food Counter Attendants performance
• Training of new employees and old employees on new products
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
• Assist in with planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily maintenance operations
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Implement operational procedures to run great restaurant by adhering to brand minimum's standard
• Respond to customer complaints
• Ensure that safety regulations are followed
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Participate and assist in the development of policies and procedures
• Maintains employees job results by appraising and disciplining
• Maintaining and enhancing employee relations
• Additional and new job responsibilities will be given as operations call for it
