Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Assigning duties, creating work schedules, and training new employees.
• Handling escalated customer complaints, requests, and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Monitoring sales figures, preparing reports, achieving sales targets, and implementing marketing strategies.
• Ordering merchandise, managing inventory, authorizing payments, and authorizing merchandise returns.
• Ensuring store cleanliness, proper signage, and visual merchandising standards.
