Job Description

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook a full course of meals.

– Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods.

– Plan menus.

– Work with minimal supervision.

– Determine size portions ensuring the least wastage.

– Inspect kitchen and food service areas.

– Follow sanitation procedures and ensure the cleanliness of food preparation areas.

– Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned at the end of the day.
