Grillers Steak House in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta (4819 45 Street, Rocky Mountain House, AB, T4T 1A9) is currently looking for 1 LINE COOK. This position is Permanent full time, 5 days per week (40 hrs per week) including days, evenings and weekends. $18 per hour. 4% vacation pay. Cost of transportation to Rocky Mountain House, Alberta for any candidates not already in the area, will be covered by the employer. Completion of high school required.
Experience:
Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program OR Completion of College or other program in cooking OR a minimum of 1 years’ professional experience is required. Must speak English. To start March 3, 2026
Duties include:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Follow directions of the Head Cook
- Keep kitchen and work areas clean and tidy
- Estimate food requirements and costs
- Inspect kitchens, maintain and manage the kitchen
- Order supplies, maintain inventory records and supplies etc.
- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
