Job Description

General duties as:
- Shampoo customers' hair
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
- Analyze hair and scalp condition
- Provide custom hair and scalp treatment
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain and order supplies

Experience and spcialization:
- Hair styling techniques: Blow drying, Hair braiding, Iron waving/curling, Permanents, Roller setting
- Hair colouring techniques: Bleach, Dyes/tints, Streaking/highlights

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods
