Responsibilities

Tasks
Oversee, coordinate, and organize the daily operations of employees operating trucks, buses, subways, light rail systems, streetcars, taxis, and other transportation vehicles.
Develop and implemeTaxnt procedures to meet operational schedules while coordinating tasks with other departments.
Address operational issues and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
Procure necessary materials and supplies required for smooth operations.
Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
Make recommendations regarding staffing decisions, including hiring, promotions, and performance evaluations.
Assign and dispatch bus drivers, while tracking routes to ensure adherence to schedules and resolving any service disruptions.
Supervise and control signal systems and track switch operations within subway networks.
Prepare operational reports and budgets, while monitoring expenses to ensure cost control.
