Job Description

Specific Skills:
Prepare and cook full course meals including all Veg. And Non-Veg. curries and cook individual dishes and foods.
Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
Work with minimal supervision
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations
Order according to food health and safety standards
Handling and monitoring multiple food orders at one time
Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides
Manage kitchen operations
