We are looking for a reliable and professional Catering Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering catering orders safely and on time, assisting with event setup, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining food quality and safety.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1. Deliver Catering Orders
• Pick up prepared food and beverages from the kitchen.
• Deliver orders to customers, offices, or event locations on time.
• Ensure food stays fresh, hot, or cold during transport.

2. Load and Unload Items
• Load food trays, boxes, utensils, tables, and equipment into the vehicle.
• Carefully unload and check that all items are delivered.

3. Set Up Catering Area
• Help set up food tables, buffet stations, or serving areas.
• Arrange trays, warmers, and utensils properly.

4. Check Orders
• Verify that the order is complete and correct before leaving the kitchen.
• Confirm delivery details with the customer.

5. Customer Service
• Communicate politely with customers.
• Answer basic questions and provide a friendly service.

6. Maintain the Delivery Vehicle
• Keep the catering vehicle clean and organized.
• Report any vehicle problems.

7. Follow Food Safety Rules
• Handle food according to health and safety regulations.
• Use proper containers and maintain safe temperatures.

8. Return Equipment
• After the event, pick up catering equipment (trays, dishes, warmers) and return them to the kitchen.

Proficient in English language.

Secondary High School graduate certificate.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
