The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule restaurant staff
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labour costs
• Ensure compliance with Ontario health, safety, and employment regulations
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and brand standards
• Support business growth and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Ontario food safety and workplace regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to work in Canada
