NuVue Exteriors is looking for full time Supervisor in other construction trades at
463 Dene Drive, Kamloops, BC V2H 1J1. There is 1 position available.

Hours of work are 30 hours a week Mon-Fri (overtime pay after 40 hours). Pay is $36.60 per
hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed secondary school. Minimum work experience is 3 years hands on experience.

Job Description

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers involved in
various trades, including carpentry, flooring, siding, etc.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other
subcontractors.
-Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product
quality.
- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
-Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Prepare work progress reports.
- May also supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers, and labourers.
