We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cashier Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, manage a team of cashiers, and ensure exceptional customer service. Duties

Supervise and coordinate cashier team to ensure efficient checkout processes
Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and reconciliation of daily sales
Recruit, train, and develop new staff members to maintain high performance standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience
Qualifications

Proven supervisory or team management experience in retail or similar environment with at least three years experience
Required to have worked in a grocery store setting in the past
Strong knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are preferred
Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management
Experience with recruiting, training & development, and performance coaching
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management skills
Strong math skills for sales calculations and financial reconciliation
Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
